D’Sean Ross is a rising star on the comedy circuit, landing numerous television and stand-up gigs after only three short years in the biz.
He has appeared on MTV’s “Yo Mama,” BET’s “Comic View” and “The Tom Joyner Show,” in addition to being a warm-up comedian for “The Steve Harvey Show.”
He got his start in high school after being named ‘the class cut-up.’ He made telling jokes into an extra-curricular activity by performing in local comedy contests in and around his hometown of Riverside, Calif. (he was born in New Castle, Penn.). He says his jokes were inspired by comedians Sinbad and the late, great Richard Pryor.
D’Sean, building upon his reputation as "the class cut-up," continued to tell jokes while attending college in Los Angeles at some of L.A.’s most popular comedy clubs, including The Laugh Factory.
